Enjoyed the novel very much. Journalist Thomas J. Morrow included plenty of non-fiction information/background. The author’s fictional characters were compelling and believable. The story is both thriller and mystery. It also educates readers about the so-called “war to end all wars.”

A World War II veteran tells this tale to granddaughter Cindy, also a newspaper reporter.

World War II veterans unidentified.

Set primarily in England and the United States. Author Morrow, born in Nebraska, tells us up front that the book’s WWII vet finds himself in Rommel’s Afrika Korps, ending up in an Iowa POW camp. Then back to Europe as and American soldier. What a ride!

I tip my cap to author Morrow.
